Raju Mahtani
Raju Mahtani is the Managing Director of Property Terminus and Co-Founder of CIRIL. With over 49 years of experience, he is a seasoned real estate professional known for his visionary leadership and deep industry expertise. He holds a Master's in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Raju Mahtani began his career with Cadila Pharmaceuticals and later transitioned into government contracting before entering the real estate sector. He pioneered the commercial real estate market in Pune in 1991 while with Mantri Constructions, attracting clients like TOI, NSE, and GTB. In 2002, he founded Property Terminus, strategically focusing on Pune's peripheries during the IT and industrial boom, securing major clients like Cummins, HSBC, Dell, Emerson, SBI, and Deloitte.
His international experience includes working with PAR International in Taipei and attending global real estate conferences in Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA.
